Now that we've used the service, we agree with the recommendations.
My sister took care of making the reservation and the process seemed so simple that it might be too good to be true.
I'm pleased to share that Cox lived up to our expectations.
Both pickups (home, Silver Cross) were exactly on time, the car was in immaculate condition and our driver was very friendly.
Based on this positive experience, I would use Cox Livery again in the future.

Booked a car to and from the airport and nothing but good things to say about this company! When we got picked up from our house to be taken to the airport, the driver was right on time and even came right to the door to help us with our bags! They were also easy to find when we got back home. We got a confirmation text the night before with a number to call when we land (their operator number). The operator for the company let us know the driver would be there in just a few minutes and the car and driver to look out for and before you know it, they were there to pick us up! Very satisfied and will definitely use again!
